Here are King James’ words on the upcoming NBA MVP voting by the media:

“For me, to know the hard work I put in the off-season to bring it to the regular season, it would mean a lot,” James said. “To be the best player in the world at that time is special. I give a lot of credit to my teammates and my friends and family. I would be humbled by it, just like I was last year.” (Cleveland.com)

Of course all the Kobe fans out there have there own opinions on whether or not James has yet been the best player in the world.

There is still a big contingent of Kobe fans who feel that Lebron has proven nothing.

It’s a big title to be throwing around – “Best Player in the World”.

I wonder if Kobe fans would be willing to admit that James is the best if the Cavaliers win the title this year?

Would an NBA title be enough to give Lebron the bragging rights he seems to already be grabbing hold of?
