You know you’ve made it big, Steve, when you’re on the cover of the latest video game.
It means you’re definitely one of the best players in the world.
Love what ex-star Jeremy Roenick says about games today:

It sure does. And it has it’s very own movie.
The player, Keith Elwin, recently competed in the World Pinball Championship:
“Over 400 players from around the world arrived in Pittsburgh, PA to attend the year’s largest pinball event, with multiple divisions of play available to suit each individual’s skill level, and Division A being the competition for the very best pinball players in the world, and the battle for the PAPA crown!”
Elwin won that tournament and is now ranked number one in the world.
The movie is called Bang Back and is due to be released in 2011. The trailer above features some of the greatest players in the game.
You know, watching this trailer actually brings back “fond” memories of those lazy and dreadfully boring days in the suburbs when I could have gotten suicidal if it wasn’t for the arcade and the beautiful sights and sounds emanating from those boxes on stilts.
Also, the trailer’s soundtrack for me triggers memories of those elusive teenage girls that were…well…elusive.
Man, come to think of it, if it weren’t for the occasional “pop!” of winning a free game via my flipper skills, I would have eternally been one blue (balled) boy…
